Activities for all

The Club is home to a nursery and kindergarten for children aged three months to seven years.
Parents must be present at the Club while their children are being cared for.
Special activities are available for four to seven year olds taking up golf.

Every year, the Youth Committee puts together an extensive programme of activities designed especially for youngsters aged 8 to 18.

Since its creation, Royal Waterloo has always pursued an innovative sporting policy. Driven by the desire for excellence, Waterloo’s ladies have distinguished themselves in both national and international events, with the Club habitually boasting the cream of Belgium’s lady golfers among its members.
Infusing the ladies’ section with a competitive streak at all levels while playing the game in the right spirit, they have proved inspirational.
Royal Waterloo’s lady section allows players to fulfil their personal goals.

The seniors’ section is the largest at our club, with players getting together on Tuesdays.
It organises a wide range of competitions to cater for all levels, and our goal is fun and friendship.
Competition is the name of the game in the Inter-club competitions and the annual quadrangular championship, in which we take on Royal Sart-Tilman, Royal Hainaut and 7 Fontaines.
Our 30-week competition calendar features a wide variety of events with attractive formats, as well as friendly matches against Royal Ostend, Royal Latem and Royal Antwerp, as well as a trip to Deauville.

Thanks to the support of our partners, we offer a wide range of quality prizes.

Presented on the closing day, the consistency award is given to the players appearing most regularly throughout the season.

You can expect a warm welcome and an inviting atmosphere at the seniors’ section.

Thank you for taking part in our competitions.

Wednesday is Men’s Day, with a competition being held every week. Fixtures are published at the start of the season.
All Club members are welcome to take part.
Members are free to put together their own groups of two or three players, though the caddy-master can help to complete playing groups if necessary. Sponsored by Royal Waterloo members, prizes are awarded at a cocktail reception held every Wednesday at 18.30, where fun and good humour are very much the order of the day.

A consistency competition runs for the duration of the Men’s Day season, with a large number of prizes at stake.

The bridge room is open to Royal Waterloo members for matches and friendly competitions all year round.
Teams representing the Club take part in Inter-Club competitions such as the Zweiffel and Selliers Cups.
